Quarterly Report

The report generated by OUB is an aging of receivables as of the end of the quarter. The current quarter is compared to the previous quarter and significant differences are explained. Differences to the same quarter last year are also explained, if significant.

Reported results come from several reports generated from Banner A/R. The following reports are generated quarterly and used to complete the quarterly report:

• TZRQAGE: The summary report for the quarter for accounts on Banner A/R and OSP.
• TZRAGNG: Summary report by fund/account with the appropriate aging categories required for the Controller's reports.
• TZRCPBC: Charge and Payment reports for the quarter activity.
• FZRFSAG: Aging report of OSP receivables.
• FZRFSPC: OSP charges and payments for the quarter.
